Auto service center requires an appointment for an oil change. My Walmart in Morgantown PA never required that. I could get my oil change done in the 30 min it to to shop there.

Not as clean as other walmarts carts pretty old floors cracked looks bit outdated but is stocked up good and even has bit more sales than other near by walmarts :)
