I have been waiting on a package I ordered on the 29th of December. It was estimated to be delivered today, January 3rd, before 8p.m. I recently found that the USPS has put the most current delivery status as "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Mind you, I had received a package not even an hour before receiving that message with a package on the WRONG DOORSTEP. My door is the only back door with a porch and with that instruction being given, there was still no success to a satisfactory delivery. There is nothing blocking my driveway and the snow is not even an inch on the ground. Where is my package?

Terrible place to visit. Men working the window are miserable at best. Rural packages sit there because most times we are not notified there is a package awaiting pick up. Want to talk with someone? Forget it! They don't answer the phone!

I understand they are busy but why lie about deliveries. Clearly get pictures of mail and packages coming that day and they never get delivered. Yesterday's lie for my package was they couldn't get up my driveway to my front door.... one car in driveway and fed ex and amazon both delivered yesterday. Now have to wait until Monday for a birthday present for today that their staff lied about delivering. Don't lie just do your job like the rest of us have to!!!! You don't want to deal with people or mail don't work there

Jamie Jones unprofessional a little too comfortable in his job, provides no customer service what so ever would rather laugh and dismiss your issue. Get better management! I’d rather go out of town to a post office then walk in there! For the record this is the second time my daughter had received severely damaged mail! What she had mailed was worth of value and it was destroyed in transit and opened!!! I’m currently waiting for someone more experienced and willing to help resolve my issue! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a headache with this guy. He seems extremely lazy and I recommend better costumer service training for him! No mail should look burnt, open and destroyed!!!!
