Over promised and under delivered. Service is about expectation management as much as anything. I went in for an oil change (should take 30 mins tops). They told me it would take 1-1.5 hours. Ok, I can plan for that. I called (from the lobby because there is no one available for an in person update) for a status update at the 1 hr 40 min mark. They said 5 min. Here I am 15 mins later, still waiting on my car, writing this review to kill time. Long story short, don't plan anything else on a day you need service done. It will not be timely.

Our experience with Kevin was great from the start. He is professional and very easy to deal with. Prior to leaving , Kevin spent a lot of time explaining the Tec features in detail and programmed all that he could. We would definitely buy another Toyota based on our great experience with Kevin. He was very customer focused with a relaxing and good sense of humor way. Thank you Again.

be covered under our
insurance, saving us 500$. They took great care of my vehicle, and us.

I went to a different Toyota dealership closer to my house because I felt like something was wrong with my car, those guys just looked at me like I was a typical "car mechanically challenged woman". I went to NYE and CHARLES listened to my concerns and found the problem. Everything was explained in layman's terms and they even got me out of the shop early!!! Loved it! Beware of the service department. They will gouge you if they have the chance. Check other dealer service prices before authorizing any work here.

Brought my truck in for frame inspection. Before I was even seated I was informed that the service manager noticed my wipers were streaking. After receiving my truck back I noticed there was nothing wrong with the wipers. I let the service manager know there was no problem. She basically called me a liar and said she knew the wipers were worn and unsafe. I would think about getting a second opinion for any recommendations from this manager.

Courtney and the service Manager and Eric my sales Guy all worked together to provide my tire rotation for Free as I just purchased my vehicle in july.The service and courtesy was beyond my expectations!! Had the unfortunate luck of needing to replace my transmission. NYE was able to get the work covered by a warranty. They don't have loaner cats anymore sadly, however they covered the rental as a very kind courtesy.Service: Transmission replacement

Went in for a tire light and bam nail in the tire. They offered a patch it cause the tire was good I had bad luck with these tires bought through a tire specially store.. the replaced the tires with no problem estimate was higher than actual charges.Service: Auto tire replacement

Most of the folks working there are friendly and they manage to get the job done efficiently. Pricing is ridiculous but Nye isn't alone by any measure in that regard.
