My vehicle was held here for 16 days while Ralph wrote his "free estimate" which I wasn't allowed to see as the owner of the vehicle. We worked with several insurance companys while we advocated for the repair of OUR vehicle after being rear ended on a traffic accident (not our fault). When I didn't like his invisible estimate (he would not give me an estimate) he said I could pick up the vehicle anytime I wanted for the $1306 in fraudulent storage fees which we were not told about. In NYS it's the law that you would have to have the customer sign a form informing the owner of any storage charges (Regulation 82.8). Ralph's collision was cited with the NYS DMV Bureau of consumer and facility services for failure to notify the customer in writing of any storage charges being accrued. I was paid back the fraudulently charged storage charges in full after suing Ralph in court. But I did try to work it out with Ralph who is dillusional and trying to take money out of the hands of the hardworking middle class American fraudulently. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone in fact I believe Ralph is a fraud who let's the Insurance company's run his shop! VERY RUDE REDNECK AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH STEER CLEAR! LOTS OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

Ralph is extremely honest, super polite, and very knowledgable. He always has the customer's best interest in mind. The body work completed on my Tahoe was outstanding. The mechanical rates are the fairest in our region. I highly recommend.

Dealt directly with Ralph after my deer accident in June of 2022, despite being steered to another shop in Utica. After 8 weeks of hearing nothing, l again asked Ralph directly about getting my car fixed. He said he'd call me in a few weeks. Never heard back. Ralph has done work for my family and I many times. I hit a deer with my moms car, she has a pearl white car, which is hard to blend, Ralph did it with perfection and the car looks as good as new less than a month later!

Stopped in to get rocker panels replaced on my truck, without hesitation, I was told they only do collision work, I guess I have to hit something for them to be able to replace rocker panels. I guess I will have to keep looking for a shop that does customer pay work.

I have used Ralph's Collision since 1973, for many repairs and service. Ralph and his crew have never disappointed me in their work ethics, and getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. The work is 1st rate and I the vehicle is always clean and ready as promised. Ralph's is a busy shop and one of the best in the area.
