Recently bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna from Nye Toyota. Eric was friendly and easy to work with. I started to notice a vibration in the breaks shortly after I bought the van. I brought it back to them and they took care of it at no extra cost.

How does one write that which cannot be reduced to mere words? Attempting to answer that profound yet thoroughly necessary question is where I find myself at this precise moment. That is, being compelled in every sense of the word, almost as if being pulled by a magnetic force, to submit this review while simultaneously questioning whether I can muster the ability to do so at all. Not in the sense of being unable to literally type sentences into a word processor, but rather whether I am able to give due regard to an experience so uniquely special. I must at least try. The reason I face this quandary is a quandary all its own. Call it shear luck or serendipity or some other form of good fortune, but a few weeks ago I was in need of a new vehicle, mine having recently departed this physical world. In that period of vulnerability and uncertainty, a colleague suggested I peruse Nye Toyota’s inventory and ask for a gentleman by the name of Michael Quercia. Undeterred by my inability to pronounce his name, Mike, as I came to know him, was nothing short of a pleasure to work with as I navigated those tumultuous times. In a time where I could not discern up from down, left from right, Mike was the Sir Francis Drake to my Mr. Smee. He answered every question (and there were countless) with diligence and without hesitation. He endeavored to find the perfect vehicle to fit every one of my insatiable needs. He handled the financial aspect of our dealings with honesty, transparency, and fairness. He was everything I needed and more. If you find yourself in a situation such as I did just a few weeks ago, one filled with confusion and desperate need, do yourself a favor--call Nye Toyota, ask for Mike, and do not turn back.

Best experience I have had at a dealership, working with Michael Quercia. I didn't exactly know what I was looking for in a vehicle, other than an SUV. He didn't just throw me in something, he took the time to understand what my needs were and ultimately got me a great deal on a grand highlander.

Eric Brockway should be renamed Eric Bestway! Might be the coolest cat this guy has ever met. Came in there asking for directions, ended up with the sweetest monthly loan payment on a brand new Tacoma this side of the Mississippi. My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for a year with no luck. After my interaction with the Brock, we have triplets on the way! Gonna name them Erik…. Yes all three of them….. even the girl.
