I would like to tell you about my experience with this branch. I had an unfortunate problem happen, and to tell you about how it is being handled. First, NBT has taken my problem seriously. They listen and have taken action. The branch manager and staff have done what they can to take the sting out of the situation. We are taking steps to fix the problem and bring it to a final resolution. This bank is worth doing business with, and I look forward to continuing to do business in the future. Thank you for your help.

Have been banking with them since long before they were NBT. The bank people have always been nice, but the mortgage person didn't want to put any effort into helping me make an informed decision, acted like he didn't even want to talk with me, and I still haven't recieved the pre-qualification he said he was sending me. So tired of wasting my time.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

My wife and I have always had great experiences with NBT. We have our mortgage with them, and a checking account for our mortgage, and we've never had any issues. We've had two mortgages through NBT and both application processes were pretty painless. Matt Norris was our loan officer for two mortgages, and he was great to work with. i would highly recommend them for any home buying needs in the future.

Im from Ohio and my name is Jessie. Thid Bank has helped me and has been so nice to me. They welcomed me to there town. I love how nice thry are each time i go in there. And there great eith my son.
