$5 to cash a check that is already drawn out of there lol no thanks! The only bank in the area with that nonsense policy! Anything to make a buck right?! Lol

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

We love our bank. Our local branch we use most is Canastota but we love the two in oneida as well. Always working to make our experience positive. My wife had her small business acct there and never a complaint!

Website states they are open when the doors are locked i am never going here again you have lost me as a possible customer i will be going to your competitors
