In the many years I've been buying parts .the person working the parts counter was the most cocky unhelpful person, not willing to try to find a part I needed. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Would no/ go back to this store even if I know they have the parts or supplies.

The store is clean and uncluttered. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped me carry my purchases out to my vehicle. The clerks knowledge was impressive and made the trip that much easier. Auto parts aren't cheap, that's for sure but it could be allot worse with a staff who weren't good at thier work.

NAPA carries the highest quality after market parts. The Oneida store is honest, friendly and if parts aren't in stock they usually have them later that day or 8 AM the next. Plus a military discount.
