Pay extra attention to the service they provide or say they do. I recently got oil changed and asked for tire rotation and that wasn't done.. Thank goodness free of service with oil change or be upset a lot more then I'm. How do I know they didn't do tire change even after they said they did, simple marked the tire and my mark was on same tire and same spot when I returned to pick my truck up.....

BACK TO EMPTYING CUSTOMERS POCKETS. I have a check engine light on and it wouldn’t pass inspection which I understand but I was told that the part was 150$ for a crankshaft position sensor and under hour of service so 250$ to replace. My husband can do the work but sometimes I would rather have it done. But a sensor for 150 I don’t think so. I called NAPA and the part was 42.99 (plus I got 20% off with AAA) that’s over 108 more that’s one heck of a mark up. If you want the business for other services be FAIR.. you know how hard people work to earn money it’s one thing to make SOME PROFIT BUT TO SCREW CUSTOMERS OVER IS WRONG! You need to recheck your company’s practices. Treat customers as you would like your self to be treated. Would you pay 3x what a part would cost. Lost a sale due to greed.

Terrible, way too expensive don’t go. They took forever for an oil change that should take max 30 minutes of you know what you’re doing.

I went to Monroe for a break inspection after my breaks started going to the floor post a break pad change. They spent 10 mins and went through my break system and told me there was nothing wrong BUT they agreed the pedal lost its firmness. I asked if the car was still safe to drive and my answer was "idk for how long you know the car better than I do".. ok. So the next day I took it to a private shop and to Mavis and they both told me the same thing. My calipers are both blown out and I should NOT be driving this vehicle. (I have three children who also ride in the car frequently). Later on that night my dad called Monroe to put a complaint in about the poor service I received and the gentleman who answered the phone told my father "it's not my job to fix what someone else broke".... Absolutely unprofessional and put my life and my kids life at risk. Luckily I knew in my gut the car wasn't safe to drive.

I STOP IN FOR A NY State INSPECTION today and was charged 800 dollars for parts that only cost 140 I feel as though they were very expensive for work that took less than 30 minutes to complete

I have gone to monro for a while now for oil changes. This the 3rd time my car has leaked out all the oil from my car. The 1st time I was compensated with 3 free oil changes in which it happened again. When I call to make the appointment I always tell them that it needs a new oil plug gasket and they tell me ok. And it has now happened again. One of these times it will cost me a motor. So done with these people and have finally learned my lesson and will not take my vehicle there again. EVER!!!

Monroe Oneida NY ? how dare you treat customers like that,bad service no good please go somewhere else, I took my car in for simple front tires changed and got my car BK after there guy drove it off the property and was gone for 15 minutes,WTH only to get my car BK with no brakes and remind you I had brakes when I got there,in the end they blamed me,what a joke, shame on you Monroe Oneida NY
