Went to get some lumber for a project, but needed the lumber cut. I found an associate to ask if I could get someone to help, but 20 minutes went by and nobody came to the station. I then asked another associate, but after waiting 10 more minutes I just left. Poor service in the lumber department.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lowe's for some home project supplies, and let me tell you, I encountered a superhero in the form of an employee named, Derek! He usually works in building materials, but he didn't hesitate to assist me across the entire store. Need a hammer? He's got you. Looking for paint colors? He knows the shades by heart. Plumbing supplies? He’s practically a plumber too! The best part?
He helped me with a massive purchase that made me feel like I was ready to build an entire new house. My wallet might be lighter, but my project list is growing!
With his friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge, I’ll definitely be returning to Lowe's for all my future projects. Thanks, Derek, for the laughs and outstanding service!

I use pickup quite frequently. Always easy and accommodating. With larger pieces I use curbside which is awesome too. I highly recommend it. Always have supplies available.

No cashiers! Seriously, they don't even pretend to have a lane open. Self checkout only. News flash: I don't work here you morons. Same store that stacked up blue buckets to stop the spread of covid. Management appears to prioritize diversity over competence.
