My wife and I moved to the area in 2021 and always excited when we find stores like Callee1945. The cheese options here are very well curated, as well as the store is very welcoming as a place you would want to grab a bite and a drink. Definitely will be coming back!

Finally had the opportunity to try Callee1945 and what a great experience! Def a must when visiting central NY. The customer service was exceptional - the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The shop boasts a diverse and impressive selection of cheeses that cater to various palates. The inviting ambiance made my visit all the more enjoyable. It's definitely a must-visit spot for cheese enthusiasts.

Such a warm and inviting space filled with delicious cheese and unique accompaniments you cannot find anywhere else nearby. The cocktails are each handcrafted with the best ingredients. Abbeys and KC have created something really special!

Love having a classy place like Callee 1945, to hold informal meetings. Abbey and KC couldn’t be more accommodating, the charcuterie and cocktails are awesome. Has become our go to place for a cocktail and for a gift for the friend who needs nothing. You are missing out if you haven’t been there yet!

Stop 1 for us on the CNY cheese trail, and we loved it! The owners were so friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks, cheese, meats, and other products. We had two different adult lunchables, and they were very accommodating toward dietary restrictions. For drinks, my partner got the Aura Bora spritz and I tried the can of handcrafted peach soda. The owners were hard at work on their drink menu while we were there, demonstrating clear passion for good tastes. Our favorite cheeses were Stella Vallis (very aged Gouda) and Red Dragon (a very popular welsh cheese with mustard seeds). -@cophiescrumbs on Instagram

Stumbled across this little place on vacation and we loved it. Split a cheese board and some pimento cheese. Delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Go there to satisfy your cheese cravings. Stay for the hospitality. I’m addicted to their grilled cheese sandwiches and truffles cheese. If you haven’t picked your favorites yet, sit at one of their bars (there are now 3!) and enjoy a cheese tasting paired with an adult beverage. They serve classic cocktails and special bourbons /whiskey. I hear their Friday happy hour is such a hit they expanded to the space next door! Great lunch spot for me and a cool pre-dinner/date/ after work meet up spot. Consider it for your next private events.

What a wonderful addition to the food and cocktail options in Oneida! Local people offering amazing cheeses and boards with wonderful wines and whiskeys. Great people, friendly atmosphere, offering options that no other venue offers in our community. So glad to be a repeat customer and support our local businesses. Well worth the time to stop in and check it out!
