As far as gas station food goes- they're in the top tier if you ask me. HOWEVER there is no consistency. Many employees have told me how poor the training provided is or simply stated they weren't ever trained on how to make whatever I've asked for. So many times I'm served less than what the menu or signage suggests the order will be. Seems to be more of an issue with the night shift workers. Have literally ordered a triple scoop ice cream and they serve a double scoop. Address the lack of training and I'm sure you'll have more customers leave happy.

Here's a first for me! This store has every drink under the sun in the coolers, but don't carry apple juice or cranberry juice! Ridiculous..!! Management says its out of his control to have availability in coolers!

Went to go get a quick snack and the lady working came over to our friend group and called a 14 year old girl a stupid child for no reason. When asked for the manager I was told very rudely that there was no manager on and that we could leave!

It’s a really good Byrne dairy. I will say some of the reviews on here about this place are quite rude and very disrespectful. Don’t trust them please. I will say the only thing is some of the products are quite expensive like the drinks and snacks. I get it’s a gas station but I think it could definitely be better

Twice I ordered a sandwich to be picked up. I work nights the first time they gave it to someone else. Tonight they never made it. Not happy. Very poor supervision. They need to be fired if they can't perform basic functions. Won't ever go there again.

It made me give them a star, didn't want to buy NY state law allows alcohol sale til 2 am buy they choose to shut down at 1245 am I get out of work around that time and I can get a drink after a hard days work.... I guess they above the law

I have been trying to get a decent sandwich since I quit Byrne dairy. It has finally happened. Owen went above and beyond to make sure I had a good sandwich. Thank you for finally getting some one in there to make good food

It’s a really good Byrne dairy. I will say some of the reviews on here about this place are quite rude and very disrespectful. Don’t trust them please. I will say the only thing is some of the products are quite expensive like the drinks and snacks. I get it’s a gas station but I think it could definitely be better

I'm a regular at any other Byrne Dairy and it's fantastic. This store is filled with strung out people, even the staff.I get out of work at 1130PM and had to do a few things in the area. Anyways, the amount of people who can hardly stand is wild. I pull up and debate with myself to go in, of course in d*** so I lock it and hold on to what I have. One guy outside while the zombies look, says wow fancy truck. I replied with thank you and proceeded to the door. A guy in a tan Carhartt holds the door and I say that you and he mumbles something and walks off.I go in to get a energy drink and a 6 pack to relax. I walk to get some chips and a dude was just sitting and wobbling on a shelf. "Ok fine" I thought, and walked back up the the counter with just my energy drink and chips and I hear the cashier say "look at this moth*****ker" while looking him dead in the eyes. I didn't realize at the time the dude in the tan Carhartt was the guy he was talking to.I get up to the register after another dude bulls*****g with the cashier finally shut up and left. The dude in the tan Carhartt stood right behind me. Yelling "it's a great day. Who wants beer when it's such a good day." I reply (he wasn't saying it to me directly, he was yelling it out in general) "it was a wonderful day but it's now late at night, sir". Turning to the string out cashier I say "I hope you are having a good night". He replies "yup, I was". I paid. Said have a great NIGHT (I yelled night). The tan Carhartt guy walked in the back as I walked out of the store. As I walk out a dude runs off and 2 guys were just looking at me when I unlocked my truck and drove off.Let me tell you. I'm 5'11" 230 pounds and I am highly protected at all times. But the amount of string out people, even the staff has me fearing I might have to defend myself, my life and my truck. Anyways, it might be a good place during the day but I'll tell you right now. Late at night this place is a hellhole. I wouldn't want any girl or any man who can't protect themselves here at all. Go to the Byrne Dairy on Route 5. This one's DEEP in the weeds of drugs.
