Night one on a 4 week trip from NH to Florida we experienced issues with our tow vehicle. We called Jeff on a Friday afternoon and he graciously said we could come to his home and he would take a look. We were there over two hours - he did not stop until he found the problem and fixed it. It really saved our trip and we can't be more thankful. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable, and we would hIghly recommend his services.

If you're looking for someone who is friendly and knowledgeable to get your rv back in shape this is the spot. Jeff is amazing and very helpful. One of my favorite stops while in NY located near the beautiful ashokan reservoir.

Jeff is a rare find! We were recommended to him by the Yogi Bear RV park in Gardiner, Ny. I called him on Labor Day, expecting to leave a message and hear from him the next day. To my surprise, he called me that day and proceeded to diagnose my problem with my hot water heater while on the phone. He really knows his business and is very pleasant to speak with. Jeff is top notch, honest and very reasonable! Don’t bother calling anyone else! Thank you Jeff!

This guy is amazing. We were ready to pull out of a campground last thing we needed to do was put the slide out in. Would not work, with a 2 and 4 year old you can imagine how stressful of a situation this was. After trying everything on the internet and several others campers help got Jeff’s number from the campground. He didn’t really want to come out if he didn’t have to but either way he assured me we would be fixed and on the road within an hour. He diagnosed the problem over the phone to get the slideout in and get us back on the road. Then when I got home I called him again and we got the problem completely figured out and everything working again. I offered to Venmo him some money and he refused. What a guy!! He knew exactly what he was doing and talking about and probably spent at least an hour of his time on the phone with me and then not to charge me anything you just don’t find this nowadays in people. Thank you again for everything!!!!

Hudson Valley RV Repair saved me from an RV sewer issue while I was traveling in NY in April 2023. In June 2023, I called him in error. I thought I was calling a repair person in Texas. When we realized I had called the wrong number, he offered an over-the-phone diagnosis of the electric problem I was experiencing. I performed the tasks he suggested and the electric problem in my RV was resolved! What a kind and helpful man! In April, I was impressed at how little the repair cost was. In June - in 100+ Texas temps - I am impressed by his offer to listen, thorough knowledge of the system, and his willingness to be of assistance. Hudson Valley RV in Olivebridge, NY gets allll Gold Stars and a huge thanks from this RV owner.

Jeff was AMAZING! We lost electricity in my 1985 Jayco while we were in the middle of a roadtrip with 5 days left to get home. Not only did he trouble shoot with me but he knew how to fix it, he walked me through the steps and we fixed it together over the phone! I felt so blessed to have such an amazing person help me after a frustrating 24hrs of getting shut down everywhere else because of my RV's age! If I lived in this state, Jeff would be my go to RV guy! Throw your money at him people! He is worth it!!

So ya I had jeff come out because I was having slide problems. They were out and wouldn't retract. He came out and spent about an hour and told he didn't know what was wrong but said mabey it was low on hydraulic fluid. He went toget a quart put it in it did nothing that was it except for the $216.00 bill. 5 star I don't think so.

It doesn't get any better. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Returned my trouble call immediately. Came to my campsite as scheduled. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it 2 days later while we were out sightseeing. Excellent service at a most reasonable price.
