I would highly recommend this business! They arrived on time and did an excellent job! Three nice, respectful men were here to install some shower doors and 2 windows. While they were working a plumbing issue unrelated to those jobs occurred. Randy, the owner was contacted and he told them to fix the problem saving me from having to get a plumber here. That's good business! Thank you!

We rent our home, and had a double-pane custom size glass window break a while back. WNY Glass was wonderful, coming out to measure the glass and estimate the complexity of the job, then keeping both us and our landlords informed of the work timeline, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review.I’ve got two VERY vocal Husky mix dogs, and a kitten the dogs found and basically raised, all of whom LOVE to escape and run around the neighborhood. I’ve also got two kids under 5, and the window was scheduled to be replaced during their nap time today… and any parent knows how nerve wracking the idea of noise during nap for cranky kids can be!I don’t know the names of the technicians, but they provided the best service I’ve ever had by any technician for any issue in the Olean area, and I’ve rented here for the last 30 years. I told the guys about the escape artists and the napping kids, and let them know the yard they’d need to park the service truck in was deep mud and to be careful they didn’t get stuck.These guys disassembled the frame, fit and hung the new window, reassembled the frame and left in less than an hour, and were so quiet that the animals, kids, and even I didn’t know they were done until their truck pulled out…. And they managed to back down the narrow driveway without leaving even a single tire rut in the mud. I cannot express how happy I am as a parent, animal owner, and tenant!Use WNY Glass, if for no other reason than because the company employs DAMN good technicians!!

They are very accommodating fast and efficient to get you in for an appointment. My brother was visiting back in September a bird struck his windshield. Western your glass got him in the next day and taken care of. We have done business with them twice
