Can turn in old phone at thw store now instead of mailing it in

We had to stop in there this past weekend bc my sons new iPhone 14 pro didn’t have cell service after setting it up. Although apple took hours trying to help us, Cooper B at least helped make the long process enjoyable and was very helpful and kind. Great customer service from him!

After signing in and waiting almost a half hour to talk to someone, my phone was reset and I still have the same issue. But hey, if you need a new phone, they can help.
