“Called to schedule an appointment ad my Check Engine Light came on and decided to schedule an oil change and tire rotation as well even though it was a bit ahead if schedule. Was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, the replacement part I needed was in stock, and I was in and out in record time. Service was excellent as always.”
“Dealt with joe @ benny’s for days as he answered every question i had or could think of for a GMC, asking them through messenger , text and phone calls from buffalo a 1.5 hour drive away , whilst giving me a reasonable price and several options or “deals” to choose from on the path ahead. I ended up buying out of state at thr 11th hour.. (shitty move i know) but they and joe will be my first call when something breaks on my RR , or when its time to shop again. Even when pulling out of a verbal deal we had at literally the last moment , all they and joe did was wish me the best luck possible and gave me zero BS. I didnt have a single bad experience or message or call from ”start of messaging to pulling out of deal “

“Excellent service. Recently my truck would not start after shopping at Tops so I walked across the street to Terry's Automotive and explained my situation. Two mechanics came across the street and managed to get it started, I then drove it across the street to their shop and they repaired the battery terminal connector in minutes.
