Bought my car from them a year and a half ago, immediately there was brake and power steering issues and the window track broke. They refused to fix anything under the warranty. Turns out the brake issue was a master cylinder and the power steering pump was shot.

Horrible place to get a vehicle. They sold my elder grandma a vehicle that broke within a couple months of having it and tried to call "foul play" on a 65 yr old women. Very disrespectful and not at all a trustworthy place. Definitely wouldn't suggest.

My friend bought a car from this place and I found an issue with his brakes and rear tire. The Lady that works there said to bring it in even though my friends warranty expired. When we got there the Sales Manager called my friend a liar in a roundabout way and refused to fix either of the issues. He claimed he saw the technician install brand new brakes on the rear prior to the sale of the vehicle and proceeded to argue with my friend. Very unprofessional place, they are very disrespectful to customers. We left shortly after driving all the way to Olean and ended up installing new rear brakes myself. Don't do business with this place!

I hope nobody ever buys anything from them. They don't care about holding up there end of warranty. They don't care if they sell you a lemon. I am currently having so many problems with them just bought a van 2 months ago and it's already not drivable and would cost thousands to fix it and they won't help with 1 penny

People are nice and all but I wouldn’t say they put out quality products. If it’s not covered under there warranty they don’t fix it on the car. Shocks/struts were so bad the car wanted to go off the road, spark plugs were the original ones from the factory. One broke off while taking it out it was so rusted. I got it out luckily. Oh and no cold ac, dry rotted tires and a bad fuel pump and a bad wheel bearing and cv axle. Oh well just Beware of there mechanics. Took 3 tries to fix a leaking transmission line ?

Sold a car to my family that they knew had transmission issues and other issues that needed to be fixed. Refused to fix them. Family spent a couple hundred to fix it. Don’t buy a car from them.The owner is vindictive.

Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4) letters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. My vehicle was totaled and because of his neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he charged me late fees.

Purchased a vehicle from Dave. Come to find out he lied about the mileage. Their were more miles on the car than he stated on the title. Took forever to get the title cause he refused to do the necessary paperwork. And when I tried talking to him he just brushed me off and was kinda rude about it. Like he didn't have time to talk to me cause he already knew he had his money. And he charged me late fees for his mistake.

Stay far from this place if u value tiyr life and friends and family's lives that u transport in his highly unsafe cars I had to unwind a loan cause he was pulling junk parts from old junk cars to put in my engine he financed me way before the car was able to be fixed and registered and inspected then because I called and inquired about my 25000 dollar debt of a car he had me in he didn't want to do business with me anymore I reported him to the times herald and bbb and the mayor of cat county and I reported him to the dmv he has uncertified mechanics working under the table and fixing cars voiding all warrantys I'm telling u he will put anyone in a car but I promise u it won't be safe to drive

I take back the good review they sold me a truck for 6998 charged me total of 8756,also gave me my truck on empty the driver's mirror busted said they had one coming to replace it never did, changed brakes and rotors all around umm nope pic attached plus all gages don't work the truck should have never passed inspection they gave me a million excuses on why I had to wait three weeks before I could pick it up because they forced every possible way to slap sticker on. Four months before they mailed my registration. They said email if any problems within the thirty days of me picking up so I sent them the mile long list they refuse to contact me back I call they dodge me in every way. I asked for the extra cash to be given back they refuse. I'm writing in the Olean times soon Salamanca press and buffalo paper everything about them since they don't want to give me even the almost two grand back or fix anything. Emails show time and date and it was within the thirty days. Don't go there unless you can afford to throw your money away I'm attaching a pic of my rotor they claimed they changed even.
