I bought a bong to smoke Dabs in, and I feel like I got ripped off. Every single piece seemed generic. The guy kept taking pieces out of one box and putting it in another period.The bong cost me $310 . The same thing goes for $79 online. Someone told me about this head shop and I really wish I had looked further. He said at least 10 times that it was non-refundable once it was used. It was the cheapest and most simple setup

The tall guy that rides or used to ride a bike is not the best guy for customer service. He doesn't greet he stares and wouldn't let me use my wifes card. He doesn't know if I'm an authorized user plus that's none of his business. I even showed my I'd to prove that we had the same last name.. Reina and the gentleman that is with her those two are the best.. and that's the only reason your getting 3 stars with out them this store deserves no stars.
