Sorry if this is long but I am so happy to have my 4-wheeler back that I need to vent.I have a 21 year old Big Bear 400 that has worked day in day out plowing snow, dragging firewood, pulling small stumps, moving maple sap etc etc., with never a repair beyond oil changes, and suddenly in August the carburetor float valve stuck open, gas poured out on the ground, and the day was over. I hauled it down to Southern Tier, expecting that a carburetor kit would fix it, but no... A passage was hopelessly plugged in the carb, and what was needed was a new, expensive carburetor, which as ordered. After a couple of weeks, it emerged that the supplier never actually had a carb to ship (maybe supply chain stuff?), and so multiple parts for a complete rebuild were ordered. Slowly they came in and work was done. After about 7 weeks I have my beloved Big Bear back in plenty of time to plow snow, and they did a great job on it. They even topped up the differentials, which after 20 years might have been down a bit. They were patient and careful and did a great job in spite of hard to get parts and what not. This is a good business and deserves your patronage.
