This dealership will rip you off in the end. Sold me a 2011 GMC Sierra. Just had neck surgery and had to heal before driving it. Drove from Olean and was going to South Carolina, got as far as Sherman NY and transmission blew up! Warranty they sold me was no good because it had a plow on it. Next the rack and pinion needed replace (1 1/2 years owning it). Next thing that happen was told the frame was cracked in two different spots by Karnut, so to back to dealer and they passed it. Then the engine blew up. I took the hit and gave the piece of junk back to them!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst places to buy a car. I got my car here around a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it. They don’t fix the cars before you buy them and after they are “fixed” the same problems come back again. I should have known after driving the first car and the engine blowing that I should have shopped else where. I do have to say that they were willing to fix some of the problems and I was even given money to help compensate what I had put into this car. However, that doesn’t make up for anything. I honestly don’t know where they get these cars but they are junk. I have spent over 5k in repairs already and it’s been a year. I shouldn’t spend 9k on a car to have all these issues. Can’t wait for the day to get rid of this car from hell.

Pretty awesome service and great help from the people working I picked a car out online I didn't even have to go to the dealership i was stuck at work and they came right to me to get everything they needed to get me in my car and then even delivered my car to me at work never had such great service from a dealership very helpful very nice absolutely will go to them again when I need a car

Get your lugnuts so tight they have to be torched off if anything needs done.

Bought my Carolla from here have had for a little over a month been in the shop 4 times already save your money and your time go anywhere else they give you a warranty but the mechanic they have looks like he smokes meth so why would i let these grease balls work on my car again

I never had an issue with them, Jim bent over backwards and pulled strings to help get me in my truck, I’ll be thankful always for that. But now that it’s broke down and has been for MONTHS and every time I call I either get told they will call me back or they do not answer the phone.. well I have yet to receive a call back… the last time I spoke with them they had every excuse in the book..

The vehicle we purchased was fixed before we received it. The day after purchase all the problems came back. I called and they said they would fix it. It's now been at their shop for 3 weeks and they're ignoring my phone calls. I've purchased 3 vehicles through these guys but I will never purchase another one through them.

This has been the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with. I bought a vehicle from them and I have only had it 5 months. It’s been in the shop so many times to get things fixed it’s ridiculous. Do not go there!!!! Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a great experience and feel rewarding. But not there. Everytime something was wrong they rushed me out the office. Wasn’t even worried bout how I felt or my concerns. Now I’m having to take it back to my garage to get it fixed. I will NEVER go back there nor will I ever suggest anyone to go the. Very disappointed in how they handled my situation.

Found just what I wanted. Jim worked with me and my finance facility to make it happen. Scott was great making sure the vehicle was inspected and ready to go before he left to do errands.
