My fiancé and I have both. Have had our vehicles taken to Rob’s automotive. I can not tell you how great this place is. Very fare pricing. Very fast & not to mention. This is a locally owned family trying to make a living. Great service all the way around. This is my garage now. Whenever I need anything done. Thank you very much Robs automotive!?

I travel for work and I ended up with an almost flat tire 8 mins from here. I called wal mart and they told me it would be hours and hours before they could help us. We have a 3hour drive home… so I was so thankful when Rob’s without an issue immediately got us in and out! They were so kind to us and I’m so grateful to be able to go home in no time.

Wonderful customer service. Great local location. Just off River road in Olean. Absolutely great prices for getting your car fixed. They do wonderful work and are always willing to make sure your vehicle is safe and comes back to you. I have switch body shops to this one and have recommended a few people to go here and have had positive results all around. Wonderful auto body shop.

Been using this place before they were an official garage. Attitudes have changed there. I went for a general inspection, was told I needed brakes and rotors. A job we do not mind maintaining on our vehicles ourselves. When I said that, he huffed back into the garage because I would not entertain a $400 price tag, front brakes, rotors, and "possibly" calipers, so Ron threw my wheel back on and twisted and stripped every single one of my lug nuts. Very unprofessional. It was like taking my truck to another shady business in town to replace shocks, and they sprayed water into my water pump area to replace that too. Not sure what changed over at Rob's Riverside, but I will never take another of my vehicles there. Have some respect and appreciation for the customers that built YOU!
