“I currently rent with On Point Property Management. They took over for the prior landlords. I asked if I purchased a few upgrades for my kitchen. If they would have their electrician come in and wire the stuff in and put new plumbing connections in. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a yes. New faucet and garbage disposal with switch installed without any problem. If I have any questions about anything. All I have to do is ask and I have the answer immediately. The management team will work with a renter to resolve issues with a professional manner. I am always looking forward to paying my rent so I can stop in and make my payment. If the management team has any issues, I know they will be addressed in a polite and professional manner. As the name of the company is On Point Property Management is 100% spot on. Thank you for everything that you do. You definitely are a great team to rent from. The lawn is always taken care of. The garbage is always taken care of.
