Kia threw an engine code and went into limp mode while camping in Allegany State Park hours away from home. Dennis agreed to take a look at it even though he was booked knowing my challenges. Engine code confirmed it had to be looked at by a dealer. Dennis waived any kind of diagnostic fee and was courteous and kind throughout the process.

Nice and honest mechanic/owner. My daughter is away at school and was able to get her right in and look at her car. He was honest on what it needed and didn't push to get anything additional done. Would recommend to anyone.

If ever you find yourself in need of a mechanic in Olean, NY, I cannot recommend anyone higher than Chad Ketchner's Automotive. On her way home last week, our daughter slid on icy roads and hit a guardrail. The damage wasn't too bad but the next day when she got up to speed the car was shaking violently. Mr. Ketchner took a look and fixed the car, when he found out she was driving 5 hours to get home, he taped up the bumper as well. The charge for all of this? $15.01 He could have said any number of things were wrong with the car, and not being anywhere near her we would have believed and paid. There are still good honest people in the world.
