Worst website I've visited. Contact us , contact us, contact us. I'm looking for prices and shouldn't have to talk to a teenager. Went there the other day with a dead algae problem and the teenage "pool expert" said I need chlorine. Dumbest answer ever. Chlorine eats dead algae....no!Place is garbage

I've used this store for pool chemicals for many years, with great success. Recently, we purchased a Hotsprings spa and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our sales rep, Scott, never pushed, but instead asked questions about our family and lifestyle so that he could match us with the perfect product. Delivery went smoothly. After we began to use the spa, I had questions that I would text to Scott at all hours of the evening and on weekends. He always responded quickly and has been extremely helpful.

Scott and his team at olean Pool mart are the best ! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have worked with Scott for over 12 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We went in to look at hot tubs. This was our first stop. I’m in sales so I tend to be very analytical and picky with who I work with. We were not planning on buying. A young man named Schuyler introduced himself and let us know he was available for any questions. Then we were left alone to look which was refreshing. When we started asking Schuyler questions he was responsive, personable and knowledgeable and he took the time with us that we needed. We weren’t planning on buying as it was our first stop but we were so impressed with Schuylers honesty, matter of fact responses and the deal he presented to us that we went ahead with buying. All pricing was up front and included. When we asked about what we considered extras they were already included. I was impressed not to have a million add ons to the price. What you saw was what you got. . Kudos to Pool Mart for hiring and having on staff someone like that and Kudos to Schuyler! We even received a personal thank you less than a week after our purchase. Looking forward to our installation and delivery in a few weeks!

I just purchased a pool in July 2023. Skylar helped with answering all of our questions. He took his time showing us what options we have. We were there over an hour trying to figure out everything from the pool, size to options that we want with the pool. Skylar was so attentive and very informative. We could not have asked for a better experience. I also wish they would come back out with the commercials they use to do.
