I just stumbled across Poks page, its been years since I have been there but felt immediately required to leave a flowing review! As a seasoned beauty professional with licenses in multiple states as well as a national trainer who got her start apprenticing under pok while in school, someone who has also had nails, hair, pedis and pmu done there as well. And, moved back and went back and worked for pok a second time and would do it again if I ever moved back again...Pok is exceptional at everything she does and she is such a wonderful human as well. If you have the pleasure of having a service done by her you will be hooked, and her prices much lower than she should be charging for all of her talent and years and years of experience.

Do not go here to Tina for lash extensions. She has no idea what she is doing. She uses so much glue that you can see them on your lash extensions and stacks them on in clumps. When I left about 10 mins later my eyes were burning so badly I was considering going to urgent Care. I had to go back to the salon to have Tina remove the lashes. She blamed my lashes for how her work turned out. I had gotten lash extensions for 3 years and never had an experience like this. She only gave me half my money back. she ripped out so many of my natural lashes as well.

Well I don't think spending $500 on extensions just for them to fall out the same day and be expected to pay to have them put back in is right,if you don't have schooling to do them you should not be doing them just cuz someone showed u how to do them,beware ,

Hannah does a fantastic job cutting hair. Pok is a very lovely and friendly woman. As long as she stays in business it will be the only place I'll keep doing business with her.

My usual hair stylist has not been available and it’s been months. I was referred to Pok’s by a work colleague. I asked for the soonest available appointment and was told it would be with Hannah. On the day of my appointment when I arrived, I was greeted with a sense of uninterestedness but I brushed it off as I was finally getting my hair done. Hannah barely talked but did happen to mention she is currently pregnant with twins. As the appointment went on she took multiple “breaks” to which she came back inside smelling like cigarettes (extremely allergic). I figured most of her coughs were due to that but now having fallen sick with COVID-19 I’m pretty sure she gave it to me as I work from home and don’t venture out much. Such a terrible experience and to top it all off my hair isn’t even close to the cut and color I asked for. NEVER AGAIN!

Pok has been my professional stylist for years. In fact I went to her when her salon was on the front porch of her home. Now her salon is in a beautiful new building with several stations where Pok and her talented staff of well educated cosmologists work. Pok is an artist. She could work in the finest salons the world has to offer in cities like Los Angelos, Paris and Milan. Pok gives me the best cuts I have ever had. She has also given me fabulous pedicures, hair color and cut. If you phone a few days ahead, you will most likely get an appointment.
