They run your credit without authorization when you haven’t even applied for a car at all. Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable behavior on the part of a “professional” business. Stay away at all costs.

Over 5 hours of waiting to purchase a used vehicle. Paperwork having to be reworked. Cash payment added after transaction completed. No one knows procedures. Training new employees on my time.
