I currently rent with On Point Property Management. They took over for the prior landlords. I asked if I purchased a few upgrades for my kitchen. If they would have their electrician come in and wire the stuff in and put new plumbing connections in. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a yes. New faucet and garbage disposal with switch installed without any problem. If I have any questions about anything. All I have to do is ask and I have the answer immediately. The management team will work with a renter to resolve issues with a professional manner. I am always looking forward to paying my rent so I can stop in and make my payment. If the management team has any issues, I know they will be addressed in a polite and professional manner. As the name of the company is On Point Property Management is 100% spot on. Thank you for everything that you do. You definitely are a great team to rent from. The lawn is always taken care of. The garbage is always taken care of. I am looking forward to this winter and seeing how easy things will work. Thank You for everything you do !

Rented from on point property in the middle of the pandemic in April of 2020. They WERE ON POINT. Even if I was a day behind because of how my paychecks fell they still worked with my fiance and I no matter what. They took care of the lawn and property and didn't have to call anyone. They were throughout did background checks and everything. However when they sold the property we currently still live in is where all hell broke loose. We've been trying to get back with the company ever since but they don't often have pet friendlys. When it comes to having good landlords in Olean that becomes very difficult at times. However I'd go back to this company in a heartbeat. They're exceptional. If you have a chance to rent from them do so!

I should have done this long ago. I have been in NY since 2020 and do not plan to rent with anyone else. I simply have no reason to. This agency lives up to it's name and I say that it truly is ON POINT!

Don't expect much of your security deposit back. For some reason they feel the need to take $446 out of our deposit to clean the place that we spent 3 days making sure it was spotless and better than when we moved in. The owner never comes and talks with you for anything. People will randomly show up to fix things even tho they said they would be here a specific day and actually show up 4 days later. I've had countless friends tell me that's they have been screwed over by these people. Wish I would have know this before moving into any of there properties.
