When there are outages the spectrum.net on your phone or computer or the app lets you know or they have it where you can call the automated system on your phone and set up a call back when services are restored they wont call you after nine am and before 10 am or something like that and you can check on your stuff its awesome ty you Time Warner Cable Spectrum. 5 Stars”
“Copper at the Olean, NY location was very knowledgeable and helpful trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with one of our iPhones. He even called Apple support with me and didn’t let the Apple agent bully me. Unfortunately, I had to get a new phone but he shared that if I got a new number for that phone the iPhone was only $5 a month. Yes please. Highly recommend working with Cooper at the Olean store.”
