Took my car in for scratches and minor damage. Service person said, “should take a week and a half to two weeks.” The submitted estimate had an estimated 50 hours of repair and paint work. Yet, it took 6 weeks to get my vehicle back. Communication was nearly non existent on their end, and after the car sat for three weeks and I called numerous times, they finally began working on it. In the end I ended up going over my rental car coverage and they would not cover the cost of the overage charge. Instead they stated they repaired the car as quickly as possible given the circumstances. New cars provide alerts though, so I know the car sat for weeks. I would not recommend you take your vehicle here. It’s a shame, because they clearly have a lot of great reviews, and catchy advertisements, but it doesn’t appear things are ran as they once were.

100% satisfied customer from their customer service to the repairs. My vehicle looks perfect. When I picked up my vehicle it was brought back to a showroom finish inside and out.

not to my standards. Also lower front grill falling off where they attached the license plate when I had it in the mesh part. Also fenders to bumper are off and hood. Also never finished the job with the brakes. Ordered headlights when told not to in our agreement and lied about abs work that said took 5 hrs but on paper after the job said 2.5

Mallery’s Auto Body & Collision is ran by a very compassionate family where they put their customers first! My family was stranded in the area after totaling our SUV hitting a deer during Memorial Day weekend. The owner, John, was the only shop of 5-7 contacted who replied. With genuine concern, he helped not only getting towed to the shop for evaluation but went personally to the car rental company to reserve a minivan so that we can fit all our belongings to continue our journey home! John & his son were very professional & personable which made my situation less painful. I lost my vehicle but felt like I gained a friend - thank you to the Mallery family!
