“Excellent Customer Service Great Cellphone Coverage and 5 G Home internet back up and I want to try 5G home internet and Affordable Prices and Great Location. Great techs Great payment system. I use a Motorola 5G UW One Ace phone and I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G as a back up but that phone only has the cover screen and the screen on the back no screen as main screen i bought it that way and so i will eventually need a new phone again. Looking at a few Verizon options.”
“Copper at the Olean, NY location was very knowledgeable and helpful trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with one of our iPhones. He even called Apple support with me and didn’t let the Apple agent bully me. Unfortunately, I had to get a new phone but he shared that if I got a new number for that phone the iPhone was only $5 a month. Yes please. Highly recommend working with Cooper at the Olean store.”

“Excellent Customer Service and Tv cable and streaming Service is reliable and the payment system is functional. When there are outages the spectrum.net on your phone or computer or the app lets you know or they have it where you can call the automated system on your phone and set up a call back when services are restored they wont call you after nine am and before 10 am or something like that and you can check on your stuff its awesome ty you Time Warner Cable Spectrum. 5 Stars”
