“Copper at the Olean, NY location was very knowledgeable and helpful trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with one of our iPhones. He even called Apple support with me and didn’t let the Apple agent bully me. Unfortunately, I had to get a new phone but he shared that if I got a new number for that phone the iPhone was only $5 a month. Yes please. Highly recommend working with Cooper at the Olean store.”
“Josh (skinny, black hair) is the GOAT! Did we spend 5 hours in Verizon?- yes. But I truly believe it would had been longer without Josh. 10 out of 5 stars. He was so patient and pushy to the Verizon online service. We had to transfer over two accounts to a business account- it did take forever but Josh was amazing. I could not say enough great things about him.”

“I went to the spectrum store to talk about how my service had been slow lately and I met the sales associate Shane who was incredibly helpful in getting us a new modem and router and I have to say I really have seen a difference in our internet service since changing our router and modem I was pleased that he didn't try to push us into upgrading service or spending extra money beyond what was necessary so definitely would recommend this place and this associate”
