These knowledgeable ladies have helped me on numerous occasions. Reasonable prices and TONS of help. Stopped there today after my 99th disappointment at a certain Big Box store where three indifferent employees had no idea what I was in need of and no real interest in helping me with my problem. The attitude at Cabinet World could not be more opposite... Knew immediately what I was looking for, actually had a good good supply, but helped me determine that the product I was seeking was not necessary for my particular application. Saved me money. Incredible customer service. True professionals. Highly, highly recommend!

We would highly recommend Sue and her Cabinet World team. We decided to do a full remodel on our 25 year old kitchen, but did not know how to bring our vision to realty. Sue designed and guided us through purchase and installation with her professional experience. She was available any time we needed her input, and was always courteous and open to our comments and requests. She was able to provide us with a high end kitchen that met our budget restrictions. I have had the BEST customer service at Cabinet World!!!! I have been so many other places trying to find a countertop in the area and other things for my kitchen remodel and I was unsuccessful. Home Depot Actually had TERRIBLE Customer service!!! I am so Grateful for Sue at helping me with finishing up with everything else in my kitchen remodel. She has been so helpful. I definitely recommend Cabinet world. I will definitely Choose them for future projects. Photos will be posted when finished.

Our experience with Cabinet World was more than 5 stars! Amanda designed exactly what we had envisioned from removing a load bearing wall, opening 3 rooms into one and completely redesigning our kitchen space. From cabinets, Cambria countertops, backsplash Spanish tiles, hardwood flooring, right down to the hardware. Amanda, Sue, and Victoria make the perfect team and I would recommend them for all of your remodeling needs. Thank you Cabinet World!

After shopping around for months locally and in Buffalo and Rochester, at small small businesses and large, we chose Sue at Cabinet World. Take my advice DON'T waist your time shopping around. We have redone our kitchen and bathroom with them and are beyond happy we did. Their experience is unparallel in comparison to other cabinet/counter top vendors and the quality of the items is above all others. I not only highly recommend Cabinet World not only for outstanding customer service and knowledge, but also for price value and quality.

We were well pleased with Sue and Amanda at Cabinet World. They were very knowledgeable in regards to their products and listened to our needs and guided us in the right path. They have a good selection of products and choices are many. If something is not in house they can guide you to the right product. Their contractors that they connected us to were very good at what they do. We would give Cabinet World a very high rating and have directed our friends to them. We will always look to Cabinet World for any of our needs in the future.

I was visiting a friend whose plastic drawer tracks had broken. The cabinets that came with his house were definitely not made to last a lifetime. He was going to the big box home improvement store to find a replacement when I suggested he should search out a locally owned cabinet professional. I found Cabinet World on Google maps.
As soon as we walked in the door I knew we were in the right place. The cabinets and decor were impressive. The owner approached us right away. We explained that we needed to replace these cheaply made parts. She went above and beyond to try to help. She searched her back room for parts she thought would work. She looked up the contact information for the cabinet maker even though it wasn’t a company that she had any relationship with. It was a busy day in her store and she didn’t need to take the time to help when she had paying customers waiting. She was sincerely in it to help and she did.
Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, Cabinet World would certainly be my choice for cabinets in any remodel. It’s clear to me that the store’s philosophy is service above all. But on top of that, the displays pushed the limits of imagination. I saw samples of kitchens and bathrooms that made me want to rip my house to the plaster and start over. Kudos to a wonderful owner and an impressive business.

Sue was and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my house renovations. She is patient with my limited knowledge on flooring to tiles, to vanity colors and mirrors. I highly recommend Cabinet World to future customers.
