The people at Bouch's are friendly. They schedule in quickly. I have been in twice to have my car looked over before inspection and they told me things needed to be replaced that other shops haven't told me which makes me feel other shops skip out. My rear brake lines were pinched shut and looked like they have been for a while. Other shops never told me that. Bouch's doesn't skip out and look over things thoroughly. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Took my truck there to get fixed. Got a quote for what they needed to do and it was less than what they quoted so if you read what other people wrote, it’s all lies. Known them for a while and they are honest hardworking people. Do not trust this garage.This garage overcharged me for parts. They charged me over $600 for less than $400 worth of parts. I price checked the parts from NAPA where they bought them. (And I’m sure they received a discount) when I confronted them about why I’m being charged more for parts, I was lied to and told it’s due to the warranty and that I should be happy because other garages mark parts up 100%. I hope they enjoy my hard earned $200 at the cost of losing a potential repeat customer. I’ve never been more disappointed in a garage. Very dishonest and untrustworthy garage. Please don’t get ripped off by them like I did.Service: Auto brake replacement

I have been to the garage a few times and adam and bill have worked on every car I have owned! Will absolutely go back! I went in for one headlight that was out and come to find out I have 2 they only charged me for one light! Now that is customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

they overcharged me on parts. was charged $600 for less than $400 worth of parts. I price checked parts from (NAPA) same place they bought them. when I confronted them about this overcharge, I was given a handful of bullshit excuses. none of which make sense. i concluded that they would rather have that extra $200 of mine in their pockets more that having a repeat customer. VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!! do not make the same mistake that I did unless you're rich and don't have to work for your money like I do
