Never again. They will refuse to write to a policy at State minimums, you'll be kicked around from CSR to CSR. I've gone days without getting questions answered. There's better places to do business. I asked to switch agencies, and if there was information for another agency it was very rudely told to go on the internet and do it myself. That's not customer service.

They are always pleasant and professional and have gone out of their way to help me get insurance on last minute or out of State vehicle purchases. Highly recommended.

My son,Brian Grahams review in my opinion is accurate. We have never filed a claim in 20+years. This claim,we were made to jump through hoops and made to feel as though our claim was frivolous. We NEVER spoke with the adjuster,not once.we were told her husband was an IT tech...so what! Another place we were referred to we were told the owners sons used the item we were attempting to have replaced, again...so what! I asked BB& H if they ever read these reviews,I was told not to pay attention to these only pay attention to those who filed complaints through legal means. So here we are,only reimbursed half of loss,and have been waiting for final check for 4weeks now.

Everyone at Both Branch and Hendrix has always gone the extra mile to help me when I have needed to file a claim or needed help understanding changes to policies. They have also helped me find more affordable policies when I wanted to make a change.

Gave us the run around and were not helpful. Only helped when our lawyer got involved. The adjuster never contacted us, I dont even think he/she exists. They are sketchy and I want to warn everyone going there to extra cautious. Be advised they say they work for their customers...they do not.?

Out of all the Insurance Company's in Town, Both Branch & Hendrix were very professional, they respected my business needs, I went to the other Insurance Companys, & most of them never called or followed up with me! I felt like they didn't take me seriously as a new & young Entrepreneur I highly recommend, they sat down with me & gone over, all my options, they answered all my questions & never forced anything upon me, I found them to be honest & engaging in my needs!!!
