Was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, the replacement part I needed was in stock, and I was in and out in record time. Service was excellent as always.”

“I had a car that wouldn't start at different times. It also needed a muffler. What better place than an electrical place that does mufflers. We found that the cars electric was gòod, the battery was bad and the muffler was expensive. We have a mitsubishi which is 100% from Japan so it's cheap when you buy but expensive We hen you repair. John Derx got us in right away and did the best they could do. I highly recommend them for auto repairs.”
“Kia threw an engine code and went into limp mode while camping in Allegany State Park hours away from home. Dennis agreed to take a look at it even though he was booked knowing my challenges. Engine code confirmed it had to be looked at by a dealer. Dennis waived any kind of diagnostic fee and was courteous and kind throughout the process.”

“will say..I just randomly decided to give these guys a try recently when i had to get 2 new back tires & im really glad i did...not because they were the quickest or the cheapest but because they actually seemed to care that the $$$ was an issue for me...gave me some really decent opts and then when by no doing of his own..just the crazy # of walk ins & not much going w/o issue turned my original 'hoped' appt time there of around an. hour to over double that the store manager w/o me saying a single thing was just simply aware of my situation, said he was sorry & giving me $20 OFF my bill & that i actually really appreciated.”

The staff was friendly and very helpful!
