My experience with Table Pads Custom was absolutely terrific from start to finish. I used their tracing kit to give my table's exact measurements and corner design. I found this company online and called to see about ordering table top protectors for my new dining room table. Spoke with Mitchell, he was very helpful and professional. He said it would take 3 to 8 weeks to receive them and that was fine. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them in about 2 weeks. They are very nice and good quality and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thanks again!

I ordered a custom made pad for my glass table (6 seater, oval glass). The final product was AWESOME!!! It arrived a little earlier than expected...I was very happy with the perfect fit and the quality of the materials used. They set up the appointment to come and measure my table and not only was Arthur on time, but he wore a mask while doing his job...how considerate! I ordered custom table pads, the first ones had sharp edges and were damaged. They replaced them, now these have damaged my table, and I have two parallel lines down the length of my table. I have tried every type of furniture polish to remove these lines, and nothing takes it off. It will cost $1000 to refinish the table. This company is not interested in doing anything about their awful product.Don’t waste your money, shop somewhere else.

I was looking for a table pad for my dinning set and came across Table Pads by chance while browsing the web. At first I was hesitant to place an order without being able to see the product visually in person. However, after speaking to Mitchell he explained everything in such great detail it eased my discomfort. Both Mitchell and Shelley were extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. The table pad arrived quicker than I expected and was of quality material, seems durable and was exactly as shown on the website. The pad actually adds a nice touch to my decor while at the same time protecting my dinning table. It serves two purposes and for this I am very pleased with my purchase.
