Large store that had a variety of souvenirs as well as being a hardware shop. There are a lot of things here to check out, so you probably won't leave empty handed if you're a spendthrift like me.

The owners obviously don't trust legal permit holders to be in their store while believing some convicted felon carrying a weapon will abide by that sign and turn around. Since they detest us so much and won't allow us to enter and give them our money, why would anybody want to go in there and buy from them? All gun owners should boycott them entirely.

There is so much to explore in this store. More than you can imagine if you have not been here before. I always get the Rainbow Flame Crystals which make for a fun fire to sit around at camp. Be sure and get the iconic Old Forge Hardware sticker too.

Pretty unique kind of place - part hardware store, part general store, part kitschy gift shop, part candy store, part clothing store, part camping supply store, part toy store, part kitchen store. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, part bookstore.
But it works. Kind of a "don't miss" in Old Forge.

Amazing place. You name it they have it for tourists, purists, and just plain diy.
Hardware, art supplies, books, trinkets, stickers, etc..., etc...
