I am always extremely satisfied with the care I get for my girl at Woodhill Vet. I rely on them for accurate diagnosis and treatment for any illness and/or injury.
The staff goes the extra mile to accomodate and help you. They are always pleasant, courteous and supportive. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Lauren took great care of my 16 year old cat Gracie, and gave her a distemper booster, answered my questions, checked us out, all in a space of 10 minutes!!!

Never coming back here again after getting chewed out by a male vet here. I was in the wrong. But still didn’t feel good to get scolded. I got hit with some unexpected charges and could no longer cover the cost of my appointment. I asked if they had financing options. They didnt. So I said we’d have to cancel. Next thing I know the male vet comes out of the back room and follows me out the door to scold me for taking up spaces that could have otherwise been used for sick dogs. I get it…but still doesn’t make me feel like coming back

I would not recommend Dr. Mike - his approach is fear driven. After a few visits, I realized that he was advising things my cat did not need, my cat was traumatized by the additional (unnecessary) tests he told me were necessary bc my cat is declining, based on an incorrect UTI sample his tech took, they took fluid from her intestine and he then told me, there’s fluid in her abdomen. $800 later the tests results came in and everything he scared me into believing was not true. The lab results were good. He also took my cat with one hand into the back area, gave her an X-ray with no sedation, which I could hear her meowing alarmingly from the waiting room. They pushed her down to take X-rays, again an unnecessary test. He showed me the fluid they incorrectly took and told me it could be lymphoma, that was negative. I essentially put myself and cat through hell unnecessary. I reported this feedback to Dr. Mike and he only apologized for not having a great experience, he refunded partially. He lacks empathy, throws out a ton of medical terms that almost people wouldn’t understand, when I said I didn’t understand, he raised his voice and repeated the same medical terms.
I had waited a week for the appt. I originally went to his office for a skin rash and then left breaking down crying bc I’m hearing my cat could have cancer. Overall my cat did not get treated for 2-3 weeks bc of the unnecessary additional testing. I found a new vet who helped us within 20min, no fear and lower fees.
No amount of refund can repair that experience. I’m sharing to warn others. This office wants your money and will scare the hell out of you to stay in business.

I do not know where we would be without Woodhill Vet. We own 3 dogs and every single one has received the best care. The people in the office, vet techs and vets all really care about your pets as much as you do. One of our dogs unfortunately has an autoimmune disorder, Woodhill Vet worked tirelessly to diagnose him correctly and was with us every step of the way with constant phone calls and updates. He wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for them. I highly recommend Woodhill Vet and the great staff there.

My cat turns into a demon when it has to be at the vet. The techs and veterinarian's are able to do what needs to be done without adding any more stress then the cat already has. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend Wood Hill!
