Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”
“You find a lot of these village-serving branches in rural areas. Equal parts professional and casual and service you don't usually expect from the Post Office. You think of people waiting in line in a tense, clinical fashion waiting for disinterested employees. Not here. Just your neighbors at work.
