Worst customer service and disrespectful employees. Would never do business with them. Gene Goldberger in Bethpage, NY terminal is a disgrace to the company. What a horrible experience!

Terminal was supposed to call me to make an appointment to deliver. They told me it was their procedure, which worked well for me because I live alone and would need a friend to come help me bring the couch into my unit. Sara said Will at the terminal would call me. Well they never called. It was a piece of furniture (couch) that I needed help with and they delivered WITHOUT an appointment. Thus it is sitting in a condo hallway as a fire obstruction. I called for them to pick up and bring back to the terminal and make an appointment like they first stated is customary.. They would not return to pick it up because somebody signed for it !!! The driver got a stranger in my building to sign for it. I don't even know WHO!!! So, they did 2 things wrong. NEVER SCHEDULED an APPOINTMENT for delivery and TOOK A SIGNATURE FROM A STRANGER to leave the couch there.

I applied for cdl A job they called me we spoke about my experience and so they know everything about me they told me to come for interview i paid the train the cab from my saving 120usd when i arrived they said no we dont hire anybody right now surely unprofessional

Read the reviews and take their word on it, this company is absolute trash. No one knows what’s going on, they took 3 months to deliver from NY to Atlanta (I could have walked there sooner). Use them if you want to stay hours on the phone with your credit card company for fraudulent charges.

Update: Pickup date is consistently delayed by 2-7 days without notice to shipper. Services continues to be poor, with a consistent lack of communication. Dispatch will tell you one thing, and then truck will arrives. Rinse and repeat.

Worst company. Held hostage by them because of an order from Home Depot. Never showed up for delivery. Wanted me to unload the 250 pound piece of furniture from their truck myself. Awful.....

It seems that they have a constant overturn. Place wants you to work flexible hours whatever that means. I guess it means you come to work whenever they want you to come to work. Try giving people a regular schedule so they can live their life and there may not be such a big turnover. Not a good place to be
