Walmart is my favorite store Easy to find all the items I'm looking for. Most of the employees that work there are great with the customers, but a few could could be a little more polite. Sorry but that's been my experience. Other than that I love Walmart ❤️

A recent trip to the Ogdensburg Walmart to have a spare key cut led to the discovery that the "old way" of making copies of keys has gone "high tech" and the old key-cutting machines and racks of key blanks are history.
The 21st century method now is to install an automated kiosk. That's all well and good, but I was short on cash in my pocket, and my wallet was in a pair of pants - just not the pants I had on! Oh, well...with $2 to my name and the new cost of key copies at $6(!) there was no alternative but to press the "Cancel Order" button. I was then prompted to answer the question, "Why did you cancel your order?" The second option was right there: "Too expensive." I believe if I had my wallet, I would have tried the "key kiosk" just to learn how it works. Instead, since I knew I was heading to Canton later that day, I paid a visit to Barkley's Safe & Lock on Court Street after borrowing $5 from a friend, and had the good folks there cut my key copy for $4 plus tax.

Update: don't even bother going anymore. It's consistently 20+ people in line and one cashier working. Lots of Walmart employees standing around twiddling thumbs. Mismanaged to the max.
Dont go on the first or the fifteenth. Lots of entitled brats getting their welfare entitlements.
Don't go after 10pm either or you'll have to check yourself out while Walmart employees stand around talking about how people show up before closing time and they don't like them for it because they might have to close later

Love how there was 4 people standing at the end of the aisles and I still had to cash myself out. And all of a sudden a lady who was standing there chilling came down to make sure I rang up my toothpaste.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Stocked with the main things I wanted. No complaints at all. Favorite section for the family is of course the toys. :)

As an occasional shopper from Ottawa, I am not particularly pleased with this location. Had trouble finding product on a shelf and while their inventory system said they had four of it, the reality is there were none. A couple of weeks later, I figured I would place an online order that included this product. I was notified my order was ready for pickup, yet it did not include any of that product. And one of the products seemed tampered with, so was unsafe to use.

It's walmart! It's not a superstore, and for some reason does not stock sugar free creamer!! Walmart is a horrible place for diabetics!!

Incompetent, narrow minded, non-business oriented crew at automotive service. I ordered, purchased tires from this place. I travelled 90miles to this place on scheduled appointment and was denied service. Returned the tires neve to visit this place again.

This walmart needs updating. Fresh produce was minimal and didn't look fresh. The snack I can buy at other Walmarts were not there.

I visited automotve care at this walmart location. Preordered the tires, scheduled appointment to have them installed.
The shop could not enter the VIN into their system and flatly refused any assistance whatsoever to service the car.
The shop's "team lead" hide behind "policies", very narrow minded, could not win the business.
I drove 90 miles one way to get serviced here. Simple system limitation prevented this shop to service the car.
I ended up returning the tires to this walmart, never to return to this store again. Poor, poor practice, customer handling, business culture.
There is no ZERO star rating which this location deserves. Avoid.
