I went into Verizon thinking my phone had been hacked. Bryce waited on me and confirmed that yes my account had been hacked. Bryce went above and beyond to get my problem solved and spoke with customer service to make sure everything was documented in my account that it wasn’t me adding a phone on my account. I had a lot of questions and Bryce was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I strongly recommend to ask for Bryce at the store if you have any issues or want to get a new phone!

Great store and Great employees. Having a repair shop in the store also helps you make sure your getting all options before making a final decision on your device along with specialty recommendations by the sales reps to always make sure your getting the best deal possible!

Staff very friendly and explained whole process of upgrading my granddaughter’s phone. Also, process was fairly straightforward and quick. Would definitely recommend this location for Verizon services.

Emily was TERRIFIC! Verizon better do whatever they need to do to keep her! She has seemingly limitless patience and offers information we didn’t know enough to inquire about. In a time when many working with the public seem to be marking time, Emily’s focus and willingness to provide outstanding satisfaction was a JOY! I have already determined my almost new phone will be exchanged to her when the time comes, and hope the tears and terror when dealing with this company becomes a fading memory because of Emily. Signed up for a new plan had no problems ordering phones since they didn't have the ones we wanted. They got here fairly quickly and we were notified right away by I believe her name was Emily. Had a small issue with setting up new numbers but that was Verizons end not the storefront. We were able to get it figured out without much trouble. Overall amazing customer service 10/10
