“I rented a U-Haul from this location. The gentleman at this desk was friendly and helpful during the checkout phase of the transaction. When I returned the next morning the same gentleman did the inspection of the truck and then kindly mentioned that they sell automobiles. I give this location five stars as a overall rating. Highly recommended!”

“I had an issue with my driver side door I could not open it from the outside so I went to Monroe I talked with the manager Bob Bice he had his technician take apart my door panel and found that the mechanism was broken Bob then told me what part I had to order and showed it to me on his phone so I ordered the part when it came in I took it over and Bob made an appointment to get it put back into my car his technician put it back in and it worked fine but after a little while it started sticking so I went out the next day and talked to Bob again he made me an appointment for the next day to have it adjusted he said that should be all it would take Bob has been good to me I have taken my car there many times before and will continue to do so in the future”
