Pulled in today with a diesel exhaust fault. Was taken right in by the diesel tech and fixed most of the fault while I waited. Could be EGR or something else now. Will have to go back fault codes not much help.

I would like to say thank you for the courteous, friendly and honest service I received from Parkway Ford. My car had broken down in the Lowes parking lot, and stranded me on the other side of the border from where I permanently live. I had the car towed to Parkway Ford and they took care of me, and treated me amazingly. Thank you for the great service and I definitely recommend the service department!

Friendly People who seem to truly care your needs not theirs are met. Good old-fashioned customer service. Everyone there gets my highest level of praise for all they did helping me.
