Failed to follow up for a simple alignment. Thankfully they didn't because I went to another shop and they found that Monro had put me on the road with a car that was unsafe to drive. Needs in the fridge if you value your life, you will not go here

I had an issue with my driver side door I could not open it from the outside so I went to Monroe I talked with the manager Bob Bice he had his technician take apart my door panel and found that the mechanism was broken Bob then told me what part I had to order and showed it to me on his phone so I ordered the part when it came in I took it over and Bob made an appointment to get it put back into my car his technician put it back in and it worked fine but after a little while it started sticking so I went out the next day and talked to Bob again he made me an appointment for the next day to have it adjusted he said that should be all it would take Bob has been good to me I have taken my car there many times before and will continue to do so in the future

Great service! The folks here are always upfront and honest about whether or not they are the best place for particular services issues, but we've not found many they can't handle. Always very quick to get us scheduled in and just an overall great experience each time so far. Great job ?
