Bryce went above and beyond to get my problem solved and spoke with customer service to make sure everything was documented in my account that it wasn’t me adding a phone on my account. I had a lot of questions and Bryce was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I strongly recommend to ask for Bryce at the store if you have any issues or want to get a new phone!”

Went to trade-in & upgrade my phone & she could have just handed us the phone but she went out of her way to ensure the phone is set up and ready to use while we were there. Had to call store a couple of times before heading there & she has always responded and been very patient.AT&T, take care of her. Not easy to find such people these days.”
