I stopped in just to look and left with the perfect vehicle. The process from beginning to end only took maybe an hour and I was on my way! I have never had such a smooth and pleasant car buying experience. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The purchasing process was not problem. Didn’t have an issue taking a kids money in a vulnerable situation. I bought a lemon from these guys and the 3rd day it had an engine light on. They fixed it it was under warranty. Had another issue a month later and they took care of it no problem still under warranty. After the warranty ran up (3 months) they hung up on me wouldn’t service my vehicle at all. Not a very nice thing considering I bought a car from you guys. Had to rely on Blevins which told me had a crack in the engine pooling coolant. Which was a concern of mine that hey wouldn’t listen too. I’d strongly advise you to go to another dealership. Now I owe 6k on a trash vehicle thanks Latham.
The first time you’re hearing about it after warranty becuase you guys refused to service me. No problem selling the community junkers but can’t fix them up for them after warranty runs up. Sounds like a poor way to run a family friendly businesses. I have all the paper work and recorded phone calls of you guys refusing to do anything due to one mechanic and a couple days out of warranty. You guys told me to take it to Blevins so I did with all my problems which are recorded on paper. Won’t be the last of this

Wayne and Caleb went out of their way to help my husband and me when we arrived at their shop stranded with a flat. They immediately dropped what they were doing and fixed our tire even though they were busy. They are wonderful people and we would highly recommend them and their shop.

Purchased my first newer vehicle from Lathams and I couldn’t have had a better experience. They made everything very easy and smooth. I was referred to them from many other people and am glad they are who I chose to go too. Will definitely be back again.

Would 100% recommend Latham to anyone. Transparent. Efficient. Trustworthy. Reasonable. There was another truck I really wanted but it had already been sold, they went out of their way to help me add the features the newer one I ended up buying was missing. They put me in a truck 4 years newer which is in excellent condition. Tessa recommended a better bank which required no money down with better rates. Saved me 4500 that day. Coulda’t be more happy! Glad I went and dealt with Tessa! She pinpointed the entire transaction from start to close. The whole team was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. 10/10. Thanks for everything!!!

My husband and I just moved to the area when we needed to buy a new car. Being new here, we weren't sure of which used dealership would be the most reliable and trustworthy. Well, let me tell you Latham Auto is NOT that at all. The buying experience was fine, its the aftermath that made us feel the way we do. The first red flag I should've listened to, there was shaking in the steering wheel, which I mentioned, and to them it's "just something silly". They seemed to think it was because the tires needed balanced. (I can tell you the entire time we've had this car, the steering wheel shook and never stopped). It still shakes. 2nd red flag should've been them ranting and raving that the car came from Maryland and that's a good thing because it doesn't snow there ? I guess they've never been to Maryland in the winter. 3rd red flag should've been them not wanting to come down on the price at all because "they spent too much on the tires and breaks", even though I was a cash buyer. The tires are the cheapest you can buy, no mechanic shop, or even Walmart for that matter has never even heard of them. They are $50 a tire. They said they were brand new brakes, that's funny because 2 months later and they are metal to metal. The front calipers are bad, tie rods need replaced, the lifters are making a ticking sound, you name it we have the problem. I waited so long to do my review because I wanted to see exactly what issues were going to arise with this car that I paid $15,000 for. We've had nothing but problems since we got it. 1 funny and odd thing, every mechanic shop we've taken to, knew exactly where we bought it just from us complaining about the issue. We've taken our car back to Latham multiple times due to the radio not working, steering wheel shaking, car over heating, tire issues, etc. We even took it there for an oil change and it wasn't even done right... Did I mention they glued the hub cap back on and didn't tell my husband? The guys at Walmart had to pry it off because they didn't even fix the issue. Glad we didn't have a flat tire on the side of the road. We've had too many issues with buying a $15k car and they just act like "its no biggie". All this place wants is money, not true customer satisfaction and loyalty. I will never buy a car from them again or recommend them to anyone. If they keep doing business the way they do, they are going to piss the right one off and end up with an even bigger problem. Don't you find it kind of funny that there's not 1 bad review on Google? Its all good ones? Have you ever seen a business where every single customer was satisfied? That's because Google allows business owners to delete reviews. Should prove the honesty this business has.

Bought a Lincoln town car from Wayne & Tessa at Lathan Auto sales this past week. What a outstanding couple to work with. Mike had the car out front ready for inspection. Made the deal, Tessa filled out the paperwork, had my plates within a hour and on the road home. The most enjoyable car purchase i have ever made. Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly people. Highly recommend.

Latham Auto Sales is an exceptional dealership! You would be hard pressed to find a comparable dealership!I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted, in immaculate shape and at a VERY fair price. They made the sale as easy as possible, helping in any way they could. The true meaning of excellent customer service. I highly recommend this no-pressure, no-nonsense dealership!Not only did I get a free car wash at the time of purchase, but about a week after the sale, I received a “Thank-You” note in the mail that included a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
