I rented a U-Haul from this location. The gentleman at this desk was friendly and helpful during the checkout phase of the transaction. When I returned the next morning the same gentleman did the inspection of the truck and then kindly mentioned that they sell automobiles. I give this location five stars as a overall rating. Highly recommended!

Great staff! They took the time to listen to my concerns and when the issue didn't show up in the initial test drive, they took what I was saying seriously and looked into it further, which resulted in them finding and correcting the issue I came in with. I would certainly recommend them!

When I had an issue with a CARCO inspection because the report went to the wrong insurance company (totally NOT the fault of Bill's, they were given the wrong info!) they were still happy to help me get it fixed right away. Made a phone call and within 10 minutes everything was sorted out, and this was on a Friday afternoon close to closing! Couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend this place for all your tire/ auto needs!

I have used this business a few times over the last 10 years and was completely satisfied with my treatment. At more than one point, they went above and beyond. Even though this is a hectic business, I was greeted by the owner in a very pleasant manor. This is a recommendation.
