They need a new supervisor that knows how to respect their customers in order to have mutual respect. 1 lady was so unprofessional. And Rude as if we are there collecting a free meal. A few years back it wasn't like this. What happened to common courtesy and training staff to be professional. You don't answer a phone like your home in your PJs and a scammer calls.

No help. Delivery driver never scanned my order so it was never marked as delivered. They were so rude and no help at all. Hopefully i never have to send another package to this city again. I would give a 0 if i could ! hopefully you guys can learn to be nice or hire a better staff

I dropped off a box of 200+ formal wedding invitations and 7 days later none of my guests had received their invites. When I called to inquire about status of the invites I spoke with "Honey" the head supervisor. Not only was she rude and dismissive but she didn't even check to ensure that my mail had left the facility. She then explained that it's illegal to hold mail in the facility for 2 days. A few days later my fiancé called only to find out that the invitations had not left the facility. No one had opened the box no one checked. Everything was still in the same box that I dropped it off in. Now I have 200+ wedding guests receiving their invitations late and will only have a short time to rsvp.

Came here to leave a review and saw exactly what I expected to see. A bunch of terrible reviews about the post office worker Eddie. What an unbelievably rude and miserable individual. Called my husband a “wise ass” after he misunderstood what he was asking of him. I was there for an hour figuring out our passport appointment and he spoke horrifically to every person that walked through the door. Says he’s been here 30 years. My condolences to anyone that ever had to encounter him in that time frame. Time to retire.
