I have used this Moving company many times over the years and they are always on the mark in professionalism, kindness and experience. Just used them again for my daughter who moved on 2/22 and again just the best. The home she was leaving had 2 very tight doorways and they seamlessly got all of her beautiful furniture out and not one thing was scratched or damaged. I strongly recommend them.

This company is AMAZING!! Anne is just wonderful!! So caring, helpful and very professional. The guys on the job could not have been kinder. I would recommend this company to anybody! Thanks again, Anne for being so patient with my elderly parents and their challenging needs. 6 stars if I could!!

They postponed my move the morning of. Then they broke my furniture, promised to pay for the repair, and lost several thousand dollars worth of clothing and other belongings. I filed a claim which was like nails on a chalk board because they don't understand how to use email. My claim was for over $3000 which was low considering everything they lost. Now they are trying to "settle" by offering me $250. Stay far away from this company, they are unprofessional, and will at best damage you things, more likely loose them.

Moved my mom from Long Island to New Jersey. What a great group of guys they sent to handle the move. They took excellent care of everything we moved and did an amazing job of fitting it all together in the truck. When it came to unpacking they were equally competent and moved the furniture around until we were happy with the placement. We were very happy with our move.

Wow what a disaster. Ann sent a crew of kids that looked like they had never moved before. They broke 2 pieces of furniture, scratched the walls, ran over garden lights with the truck. and she takes no responsibility for anything. Stay far away.

"I'm currently on the Grand Central Pkwy in Queens, NY. Tuesday February 28th 2:30 pm. I noticed that this company has a delivery truck with two confederate flags on the bumper. The driver of the truck was texting at one point and talking on his phone. Not only are you violating traffic laws while putting lives in danger, but your brand is a rolling representation of ignorance. Scrape that trash of that trash! Then shut your business down. If it was an oversight (yea right...) follow the same instructions. Disgrace. "

We were recommended to Tufano and they are 5 stars. A crew of 5 great personality, herculean, humble guys. All experienced. Had 5 bedroom house with 3 platform beds- 2 king &1queen, and fully loaded living room, dining, etc. They were so careful, wrapping everything and did not scratch any walls or floors in new house. Put felt cushions on all furniture and put beds and wall units back together perfectly. Richie was the crew director. Great guy. Ann Tufano-a doll. If you need great movers with excellent rates- call Tufano. PS- they did job in less time and charged me less $!!!!
