I have never seen a 4.3 rating for a salon which doesnt even clean their instruments... i went into a panic attack when i saw the instruments they were about to use on me. Only if you are willing to get hepatitis or HIV or any disease bouquet, visit it. I immediately stood up and left having paid only for the gel removal. Staff is very nice but thats not what i went there for.P.s: attaching picture here with my eyes hurt.

went in there yesterday, and asked for the first photo, the second photo is what my nails look like. On top of them lookinh horrible the guy also hollowed out my nails so now they get caught on everything and I can't eat without having my nails be full of gunk. Do yourself a favor and don't go here

Worst manicure ever. Ruined my nails.used a Dremel drill not only to remove previous powder gel, but kept using it to sand my nails paper thin. Proceeded to "trim" my lovely long nails by cutting them off completely. Didn't apply polish on edges. Nails breaking in less than a week. It will take months to grow them to their previous length.Services: Gel manicure

Got my nails done there a few times. You can make an appointment but only on rare occasions will they actually accommodate it. Last time I was there i made a 430 appt, got there at 425 and I am pretty sure she took a walk in at 420 because I sat there till almost 530. (Did not walk out because I was going on vacation the next day and did not have a choice). Also, top coat is peeling off (never had that happen), nails look horrible. Lastly, they randomly started charging a fee for cards without warning, no matter how much you put on the card its an extra 3-4%.

Today was my first visit to THNH Nail & Spa and it won't be my last. I was recommended by a friend to have Tammy do my nails. I had a full set of pink acrylic nails done and everything from start to finish was perfect! Tammy has an amazing eye for detail and everything down to applying the polish was done to perfection. She is a perfectionist which is what I want in a nail technician. I'm so happy I found this place!
